Litigation Secretary

A medium-sized firm is looking for a Litigation Secretary to join their team in San Francisco, CA. Candidates will be assisting a partner and other associates in the office on a daily basis. This opportunity is offering a competitive salary with benefits including health insurance, 401K contribution, and commuting/parking reimbursements. 


  • 5 years of experience as a litigation secretary, preferably in employment and real estate
  • Able to create pleadings, memoranda, and correspondence
  • Experience filing with the state and federal courts
  • Steady/solid work history with little to no gaps in employment
  • General insurance defense experience is a plus
