Real Estate Paralegal

Real Estate Coordinator/Paralegal 

A Fortune 500 company is looking to hire a paralegal with experience in real estate matters. Candidates will take on a blend of paralegal, data entry, and administrative assistant functions to support a telecommunications real estate team. This is a full-time temporary opportunity.


  • Creation / revision/ review of legal documents 
  • Researches background information related to legal issues 
  • Gathers records and files and puts information together 
  • Drafts routine contracts or legal agreements 
  • Basic paralegal duties supporting high-level partners 
  • Data entry and document uploads into various systems 
  • Weekly and ad hoc reporting and progress reports 
  • Attend or run weekly meetings with vendor partners 
  • Pull documents and process requests on demand 
  • Various support tasks as requested by project lead or manager 


  • 3+ years of related experience in paralegal, real estate, data entry, or administrative assistant functions 
  • Associates or higher degree 
  • Knowledge or experience in Real Estate documents in telecommunications industry 
  • Understanding of legal documents and contracts
  • MUST have solid prior job tenure, possesses a high degree of self-directed initiative and individual judgment; and have exceptional communication and organizational skills 

Highly Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Experience with Siterra, Sitetraker, Netapps or similar data entry databases 
  • Excellent computer skills with high knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Experience managing and coordinating large document compilations and mail outs 
  • Exceptional typing skills required (minimum 80+ wpm)
