Legal Administrator/Office Manager

A large, Fortune 500 company is seeking a legal administrator/office manager in New York City. This is a permanent, direct hire. The company is looking for polished, strong communicators adept at providing services to high-end executives.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to manage a diverse array of legal business matters pertaining to the organization
  • Demonstrate flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
  • Ability to support internal clients with polish within a large complex organization
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as administrative/executive assistant, office manager, or operations support assistant, preferably at a national law firm and/or multinational company
  • Strong financial acumen and experience using SAP, Serengeti and other legal administration, accounting, and billing software.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Skype, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint

  • Ability to support multiple attorneys independently and simultaneously in fast-paced work environment
