Document Review Attorney

Do you have experience in eDiscovery document review? Apply now to be considered for document review projects in Wheeling, WV. All candidates must be able to work on-site for a full 8 hours per day throughout the duration of each review. 

CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO COMMUTE TO WHEELING, WV ON A DAILY BASIS. Do not apply unless you're able to make this commute. Remote candidates will no be considered. 

Depending on each project, you may be required to:

  • Conduct a first or second level review of documents using document review software.
  • Review documents (such as emails, handbooks, manuals, etc) for relevance and/or responsiveness, and code accordingly.
  • Create a privilege log of all documents labeled privileged information (which can include trade secrets, information covered by attorney-client privilege, etc).
  • Conduct a quality control check of the documents reviewed to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Experience with document review projects as it relates to eDiscovery.
  • Experience reviewing with Relativity is required.
  • Must have familiarity with legal research software, combined with strong reading comprehension and analytic abilities to decipher and code information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and are persistent and thorough in completing work tasks.
  • Exemplary ability in analyzing information and using logic to assess relevancy and risk based on a number of variable factors.
  • Outstanding dependability, cooperation, sense of integrity, and initiative. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
  • Able to work independently but also within a team.
